By placing an order/commission, you agree to these terms and conditions :All the rights to the artwork belong to the artist Sylin and can not be redistributed by the commissioner or any party for monetary compensation without the authorization of the artist.
All work can not be shared or posted without full credit to the artist.✦ ARTIST
- My Art is 100% human made, NO AI involved in my process.
- I reserves the right to share and distribute the commission after completion without notifying the commissionner (exceptions can be made if discussed in advance for specifics cases)
- I reserve the right to decline any commission.✦ COMMISSIONER
- My watermark will always be included on my work and you don't have the right to remove it under any circumstance.
- The commissioner is NOT ALLOWED under ANY circumstance to use the Art for any AI / NFT related purpose even if they paid for commercial rights.
- Do not edit, sell, mint, or use for AI / NFT purposes
- No modification or edit of my work is allowed.✦ PRICES, PAYMENT & REFUND
- Prices listed on each product page on the correspondent websites/shops.
- Listed prices are base prices (adds-on listed on each product page).
- Payments via any method shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed immediately
- Full payment is required before I start working and required to place an order.
- Due to the nature of digital products and custom commissions, refunds or cancellations are not accepted after payment. However, if there is an issue with the file or delivery, please contact me.
- All sales are finals and refunds are only made if I do not finish the commission by the time announced or if for some exceptional reason I decide not to pursue it.✦ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Digital products are delivered within the timeframe stated on each product page.
- Physical products are delivered accordingly to the website announcement.
- For custom commissions, delivery may vary depending on the queue and scope of the request (usually within 2 → 3 weeks maximum 1month)
